The important role of the Interior Designer

It inspires me to know that my works share the intimacy of a special space, where people spend time and pass through, that the works are observed and contemplated and influencing them.

But at the same time, I feel the responsibility of this, I think for a second when interior designers select my work because they feel that it connects with their clients, and also that it fits perfectly to a space, the colors and the feeling that their client wants to convey in that space; tranquility, motivation, inspiration, among many more.

For me a piece of art is a whole that shares very intimate spaces in homes, corporations or public spaces.

The interior designer plays an important role in detecting a client's most intimate desires for a space, they have the ability to interpret the minutiae of a client's life in their home, to understand even the disorder of their bedside table.

They create a professional relationship as candid as the one a client has with their hairstylist.

I once heard, "I know everything about my clients: which couple snores, who is the splashiest in the bathroom."

A designer finds out what the client wants, understands the desires of the most intimate spaces and, thanks to the ability to listen and ask about it, knows how to listen.

They integrate these desires into their whole experience, their style, and their sense of place, creating a detailed visualization, which guides and facilitates the client's vision to a successful project.

Whenever interior designers include my work in their projects, I feel the privilege and responsibility of their work on me.  I consider it a creative, technical and knowledge wonderful exchange.
